Mark McCue practices real estate law, estate planning, and general business law. His real estate practice includes representing clients in the acquisition, sale and financing of residential and commercial real estate and also on matters pertaining to leasing, condominium and cooperative management, licensing and zoning, and landlord - tenant matters. He represents a number of banks and financial institutions on residential and commercial financing transactions.

Mr. McCue advises businesses and corporations on general corporate and business law issues and represents and assists clients in establishing corporations, partnerships and trusts. Mr. McCue has particular expertise in the establishment of internet based businesses and web sites.

In addition, Mr. McCue represents and advises individuals on matters pertaining to estate planning and estate administration, including the drafting of wills, trusts and related documents.
